What Is Up With The Mascot?
Chris Davis forwarded me a pic this week of Hines Ward and Steely McBeam. This only made me shake my head once again. We are being made fun of on a the national front. I am not a huge fan of this at all. This morning on the Post Gazette they ran a piece from Steeler fans tailgating yesterday evening. I think this is a good representation of how we all feel.

Brian Koch from Wilmington, DE alerted me to a recent interview by Brett Kiesel on DVE. "Kiesel the Diesel". I can not figure out how to get a quick link for you to click on, so you will have to click on the link to the right for "DVE Radio" and then look for "Training Camp 2007 Brett Kiesel Interview". I already liked this guy, but this even made him more down to earth and likable for me.
Another Steelers Nation Wedding!
Congrats to Ben & Crystal Pugh from Elkton, MD. Several of us headed to Mystic, CT on the weekend of July 15th to celebrate the wedding of Crystal Delacruz & Ben Pugh. Hats off to the newlyweds... Check out the second pic. Crystal was very proud of her "Steelers Garter". Ben's comment was; "Great, that will be on the internet!".
