Hines passes Stallworth for All Time Lead!

There are a lot of "good guys" who play for our Steelers, but some we cheer a little louder for because of the type of individual they are both on and off the field. Hines Ward is one of these guys. Hines Ward is the heart and soul of the team and embodies the spirit and work ethic that can be found in the Steeler Nation. He is one of the good guys. Plain and simple. When he caught the pass to to rewrite the Steelers record book I jumped off the couch as I would if it would have been a game winning touchdown. I was really happy for him from a professional standpoint. (Now we just have to get both him and Jerome a ring.) Some people may be unaware of this, but Hines has taken over the long list of Steelers greats who have given back to the community through the hosting of an annual golf charity event. More info can be found on the Steelers website if you are interested in possibly playing in the future.
